Columbian Rock
If you are saying, 'Hey! That looks like a Light Sussex!' you would be sort of right. 'Columbian' is ChickenSpeak for this plumage pattern, which the two breeds share. But to my eye this is a very different hen. First note the yellow legs, and the Rocks have yellow skin, too (Sussex have white skin and legs). Then there is the 'brick' body shape that Rocks have, giving them a forward leaning posture and consequently a different gait. But these are rather subtle differences. Columbian Rocks are less seasonal in their egg laying than Sussex, and lay a conventional brown egg, size large. They are rated as 'excellent' layers but I can not find any reliable numbers to give you.

PRODUCTION REDS
This is a heritage cross between Rhode Island Red and Rhode Island White, which you can see in the varied shades of brown with white or black factoring. They will give you egg production almost as good as commercial brown egg layers while looking calico old-fashioned. Read more here.
